Who doesn’t love tortilla, ham, cheese, and hummus? If you’re looking for a school lunch idea for your picky eater, check out this recipe.

My daughter is beyond picky when it comes to lunch time. Annabelle takes apart sandwiches and picks out parts of soup. The only consistency with her lunch requests is that she asks for Deli Meat – and her baby sister Ailey is starting to want the same for herself. The girls could eat half a pound in one sitting if I allowed it!
One of Annabelle’s favorite lunchtime combinations is ham, a cheese stick, hummus, and carrots. This can be hard to pack in a lunchbox, so I had the grand idea of putting all the items together inside of a tortilla shell. I rolled it all up, cut it into pinwheel bite size pieces, and stood back while waiting for her to try out my creation. She. Loved. It!
This deconstructed wrap is easy to make, nutritious, delicious, and fun to eat! Plus, the insides can be customized for your very own picky eater. Here is how I make Annabelle’s favorite ham, hummus, and cheese stick wrap.
