I enjoyed your article on removing toxicity and I would like to add to it. Toxic individuals for one will project their toxic behavior onto their victim regardless of your own issues. And the most debilitating result of toxicity is that you are forced to take it, nobody asked permission. So when you’re existing within a toxic environment, it’s because you have no way out. I find speaking out on the ways people create a toxic situation for me is the best method which I have done for a number of years leading to severe punishment. Narcissism, the root of all evil in my opinion, does not allow the target to leave and the consequences for doing so are just as promised, catastrophic. I’ve love everything leaving toxic relationships but what I kept is worth it. I hope I can find that balance and take the next steps because the fear of further abuse is what keeps me bound. Thank you.
