Today I’m sharing my weekly Five on Friday. This post contains my Friday Favorites. Enjoy!
one. my favorite pants.
The J. Crew Factory Frankie Chino are my new favorite teacher pants. They fit PERFECTLY and are the most comfortable work pants I’ve ever owned. I might own them in four colors…
two. Luna bars
My work day is looooong – much longer than my school work days in the past. I get to school at 6:45 and leave at 4:30, so basically, I am there for breakfast and lunch, plus two midday snack sessions. One of my go-to snacks has been Luna Bars. Most of them are delish, packed with protein (which is filling) and dairy free (hooray!). They are so tasty that I forget I am eating something healthy and usually pretend I am indulging in some peanut-buttery-chocolatey candy goodness.

I have never ever ever liked salmon… until now. It’s always been too fishy and the pink color grossed me out. I don’t know what happened to my taste buds, but lately I can’t get enough! My favorite is Bourbon Salmon… and I like it well done. The best is when its crispy on the edges! Do you like salmon?
five. There should be a cow in this picture.
Not only does the Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks contain ZERO pumpkin, but it also contains LOTS of milk (and not just because it is a latte). The Starbucks PSL can be made with soy, but the magical PS crap is not dairy free. The same goes for the Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds pumpkin drinks as well. Each drink contains a pre-made mix made with some form of dairy…which is not advertised so be careful! Poor dairy free peeps like me have to make their own pumpkin coffee at home during the Fall. Womp womp womp.
