Once again today I have some thoughts for you..
*Capitols won! Mr. Bear is super duper happy…and so is Mcmuffin. He loves to watch the Caps with his Daddy.
*I went to Hip Hop last night AND Zumba Toning. Well.. I made it through 25 min of Zumba toning and then snuck out the side door. I don’t know how to build up the stamina to do TWO workout classes in a row like many of my gym buddies. I really need to incorporate some weights into my life, but I can’t build up the strength …any suggestions?
*My cousin Brian had his 55 staples removed AND FOUND OUT HE IS 100% CANCER FREE!!! Little did I know… the tumor that he had was actually malignant. Someone in my family thought it best to keep that information from me (to protect me? I don’t know), but all that matters is that Brian is CANCER FREE and back to living his life. We are so thankful and blessed and happy right now!
Brian and his neice Danielle at her birthday party – you can vaguely see his scar – it heals that fast!
*Why are kids so mean? All I can say is … Mean Girls…they are real…
*My favorite cereal:
Mind you… I am lactose…and I endure many burps throughout the day so that I can eat this wonderfully amazing deliciousness called Multi Grain Peanut Butter Cheerios. I do recommend.
HAVE A LOVELY THURSDAY!
Thats great about your cousin!!
and i MUST try that cereal. anything PB has my name written all over it.
Glad to hear about Brian!!! Prayers worked like a charm.
Also, I am lactose too, but I use Lactaid milk for cereal. Have you tried that? It sometimes still make my tummy a bit upset, but nothing like “real” milk does.
I have tried Lactaid and Soy and we aren’t friends. Id rather deal with a bloated belly after having nonfat organic milk than yucky mouth after the other stuff!
I so want to try Zumba and def. a hip hop class. That would be right up my alley.
You should! I enjoy working out so much more when I’m dancing 🙂
Way to go Brian! That’s great news.
We’re pretty pumped about the Caps win too. I can’t wait for the game Saturday night! I’m so happy to hear your cousin is doing much better, that’s fantastic news!
