Looking for toddler snack ideas? Me too. Toddler snack ideas wanted for a dairy free toddler who needs to gain weight.
Annabelle is currently dairy intolerant and underweight. We have to buy high fat/protein, dairy-free, easy to pack snacks for baby school, home, and to take on the road. I have scoured the internet and asked fellow Moms for tips, but still need your help with snacks for toddlers.
Here are Annabelle’s favorite dairy-free snacks:
- Gerber’s Garden Tomato Lil’ Crunchies (these are addictive)
- Vegan Cheese Slices
- French Fries (don’t judge)
- Cheerios
- Veggie Sticks
- Hummus (off a spoon)
- Pretzels
- Avocado chunks
- Bananas
- Chunks of bread (she takes after me)
- Grapes
- Annie’s Bunny Grahams
- Baked tofu – cut into bite sized pieces
- Applesauce
- Celery with Peanut Butter
What are your go-to snacks for toddlers?

Yum! These all sound delicious! Lia loves veggies sticks too! Another new fave of hers are snappea crisps & clementines cut in half. Hope A is feeling better! 🙂

It’s all about the Pirate’s Booty in this house (which contains dairy). Vic is a skinny kid with a hollow leg, so I can’t feed him fast enough. He’ll scarf down a whole cheddar turkey sausage — they are available without cheese, too. He gets the majority of his fat through whole milk and avocado.
I’m sorry I’m not much more help; my kid is all about the dairy!

What about sweet potato fries?
We just discovered Beckett loves black beans. I get the reduced sodium ones in the can, then I rinse them and cut them in half (she probably wouldn’t need them cut).
I’ve tried to feed Beckett pancakes, too (not sure if the pre-mixed batter includes dairy). I make a bunch at breakfast and then offer them throughout the day. (So far he hasn’t caught on – I don’t get the kid – he LOVES bread, but won’t touch the pancakes).
Waffles?

Your baby looks super adorable! These are all great baby foods. You can also try pumpkin puree. My nephew loves it so much, and its very healthy too. 🙂

All those sound like great snacks. My little one loves french fries too! We also eat lots of fruits; watermelon, apples, etc. It is hard feeding a one year old. One day my girl likes something & the next she spits it out. 🙂

That’s awesome that the majority of snacks she likes is healthy food!
