One of my favorite places in our area, Avalon, hosts a preschool aged playtime once a week from March – October called Little Acorns. They have sponsors who host booths with everything from face painting to arts and crafts to magicians.
Sometimes the event will have a special musical guest or performance too! Yesterday was their last playtime of the year and it was appropriately Halloween-themed.
I’m not finished with Annabelle’s costume just yet, so she wore a Minnie costume I found at a consignment sale this summer. The ears were a little big, but overall it was a hit. I have a feeling I will be seeing this costume a lot in the future.

Princess Ana and Elsa were the special guests. They read a story, gave out lots of hugs, and sang songs! Annabelle was pretty starstruck and it took a lot of coaxing to get her to stand in for the group photo.
Baby sister was nothing but smiles the whole morning. She is such a pleasant little nugget when she is fed and has a clean diaper.
Such a cute event! Glad little sis made it easy for you to focus on big sis!
