I can’t believe I have almost made it through my first week of summer school/training! Yah!! I feel like I have already learned so much and this week was supposedly the least intense of them all… oh boy!
I just whipped up my Strawberry Stuffed French Toast for Mr. Bear’s coworkers. I made up the dish when my in-laws came to visit last month and it was a huge yummy success.
Last night my least favorite dancer was voted off SYTYCD – and people are upset about it!
I read numerous articles this morning saying that Robert or Melinda should have left, but I think that Cristina has been the least exciting/interesting dancer and should have actually gone last week after her boring dance. Nigel was obviously ticked off about Melinda staying – he didn’t admit it, but I am sure after he saw her outfit he voted her gone. Who let her walk out of her dressing room in those blazing beasts? I hope she is ashamed of herself for using red lyrca as pants – they should be outlawed in America.

This weekend I have to prepare for my first week of being in the classroom. Hopefully I will be able to hang out at the pool for a bit and the Bears will finally purchase some patio furniture. I want to sit on my deck SO BAD but we don’t own any chairs… seriously… we have bar stools at our kitchen table. Obviously on an excitement scale from 1-10 – my weekend is probably going to be a 5 – and I don’t care! I am pretty excited to relax – next week I am thinking I will be going to bed around 11 and waking up around 4:30 – have to maximize my free time doing homework, making lesson plans, and exercising (Cape Cod family vacation is in August and I don’t want to let myself end up looking like a moo-cow).

I definitely did a fist pump when Cristina was booted. I don’t like Melinda either…hopefully she’ll be out next week. Those pants were maybe the worst pants I’ve ever seen! They made her look HUGE which she is not! How did Robert get in the bottom?!
