one. floral favorites.

I’m loving the floral patterns this season everywhere – floral skirts, floral shirts, floral dresses and more. I want them ALL. This dress is a similar style to my dress above except its much lighter for the summer.

two. sister sister.

My mom bought the girls the cutest little outfits from Janie and Jack for the summer. One of my favorite ensembles are the green dot shorts and flower polo. Annabelle and Ailey looked like they were ready for the golf course with their Daddy.

3. the church bazaar.

When I was growing up, the month of June always meant a number of things to me – end of the school year, beginning of summer, and the church carnival. I was excited when I found out that it would be going on while we were visiting my family in CT this week. The fried dough, cinnamon donuts, and candy apples are some of the tastiest treats people drive in from nearby towns to eat. Last night we took Annabelle and Ailey to their first ever church bazaar and I must say, Annabelle was in heaven. She inhaled her hot dog in record time so she could ride the carousel with Py (my Dad) and try her luck at some of the carny games. It was funny to see the same old carnival rides I used to wait in line to scream on as a middle school student.

4. family photos.

I’ve yet to share our lifestyle family photo shoot with Lauren Humphries in its entirety on the blog – and instead post a picture here and there on Instagram. There is nothing more that I love than having someone capture candid moments with my favorites.

5. beach sunset.

Every time I see a sunset on the beach I can’t help but stare in wonder at the beauty of something so natural and pure. Our last night in Florida we watched the sun set on Grayton Beach. We had hoped to walk along the water, but Annabelle was rather tired and Ailey wanted to show off her stuff on the boardwalk.
