one. TGFG (Thank goodness for Grey’s)
I forgot how much I missed Grey’s Anatomy until last night when I caught up on Season 12. Nothing like a good cry over something completely fictional right?
two. she means business
That face! Annabelle has always been super expressive – but now I can get her to make faces on command. I’m hoping she puts on a great performance for Christiana tomorrow at our Mommy and Me pictures.
three. Live with Intention
Everyone loves a blurry desk picture right? My husband asked me why I leave so early every morning when I technically don’t need to be at school until 7:30. Aside from my neverending To Do list, I actually enjoy being the first person at school. I accomplish so much in the mornings. With my diffuser running, Emily Hearn Pandora, and a cup of coffee, I feel like I can tackle my day with purpose. My best friend Kim purchased me a set of 21 Days of Happy cards and a Live with Intention box. I’ve been reading a card every morning to prepare myself for a good day.
Happiness is not a matter of intensity, but of balance and order and rhythm and harmony. – Thomas Merton

five. Emily Hearn Pandora
How can I live in Georgia and have not never heard of Emily Hearn before? She is a 24 year old Georgia native with the most beautiful voice. My students and I love to listen to her Pandora station during the school day… the station is relaxing, uplifting, and only a little depressing once in awhile. I usually skip those songs. It’s strange because after August, I’m usually listening to Christmas music, but since we had Annabelle in December 2013, I’ve been trying to slow down my Christmas-y habits. I am still diffusing Christmas Spirit and drinking a k-cup called Santa’s Blend this morning though…
six. baby doll obsessions
I think Annabelle has officially bought every baby doll sold at Target. I can’t say that I am entirely responsible for her collection, but I am part of the problem. She really plays with every single baby, but she doesn’t need as many as she has. I want to hide a few, but she will know if I take one away! Does anyone else have a daughter with a baby doll addiction?

Definitely checking out the Emily Hearn channel – I need something new to listen to! The Pitch Perfect 2 soundtrack gets old after a while.
Caitlin says
I’ve not heard the PP2 soundtrack! I must listen!

#1 – Yes! That is so true, haha. (Although I do think my sister and I were equally as devastated with last season, so I do have someone who takes it as seriously as I do!)
My daughter has a baby doll addiction as well. We have so many. I have to stop buying them!
Caitlin says
I need to stop buying them too but she is just too cute when she asks for a new one!

I was watching Grey’s last week and my husband sits down and say’s “Where’s George” Geez…..He died like 8 seasons ago!
Caitlin says
HAHAHA! That’s hilarious!

I can still quote practically whole episodes of Grey’s from the first few seasons, but I haven’t enjoyed much the last few years. I finally quit it after Derek’s funeral. But I used to be so into it. 🙂

Annabelle is absolutely precious. Love that pose AND her adorable little outfit.
I’m going to have to listen to Emily Hearn. She is new to me too.
Babydolls have been replaced by a clothing, jewelry and shoe addiction in our house. My daughter is 16 now, but I swear she was Annabelle’s age a couple of weeks ago. Time sure flies!

Ooh — I spy my planner on your desk! I am an Emily Ley fan too! 🙂 Your early morning work routine sounds like such a great way to start your day. So peaceful!

I feel the same way about Greys Anatomy. I am currently in the middle of Season 10 and am binge watching it like crazy on Netflix. Also, I love the recommendation of Emily Hearn. I checked her out and really like her. I had never heard of her before your blog. So thank you!
