Dairy Free Irish Recipes for St. Patrick’s Day
My favorite dairy free Irish recipe is Corned Beef and Cabbage. I grew up eating it with my family (my Dad is Irish). Now we eat it every March 17th at my sisters’ Irish mother-in-law’s house on St. Patrick’s Day. There are so many more dairy free Irish recipes that you can enjoy year-round though.
Colcannon
Colcannon is a traditional Irish side dish made of Irish cabbage and potatoes. This recipe usually calls for butter, but can easily be made with plant based butter.
