Curly hair don’t care? My curly hair does care. It cares a lot. So much that if I put the same product in it for too long, it starts to look stringy. Or not curly. Or just weird.
So I usually straighten it. And then curl it again.
The caliber of the product has nothing to do with my hair’s decision on whether or not it will look good. It’s all about the inconsistency and thrill that comes with changing what I put in my hair almost monthly.
Different curls from different products…The first is soft, the second is just yuck, and the third is loaded with product.I notice a difference in the middle one esp, Crispy, crunchy, (blonde?!).
This month my hair is SCREAMING with joy over these products.
I tell ya, it is the best my hair has responded to products in YEARS!
Loreal EverCreme Cleansing Conditioner is the most important factor as the regular EverCreme conditioner does not give my hair the same results.
I shampoo and condition with Loreal EverCreme products, then spritz in a John Frieda’s Frizz-Ease Curl Gel, and let it air dry. It isn’t sticky, stiff, frizzy, or gritty. It is just beautious. I can even sleep on it and it looks good the second day!

I have a LOT of curly air! I started using Not Your Mother’s Kinky curl creme and it’s the bomb diggity bomb! I love it!!!! It’s my new obsession.

I have curly hair too! I have tried a ton of different products until last year I FINALLY found some that worked for my hair! I use L’oreal ever strong reconstruct shampoo & conditioner then I use gel. When I have those bad hair days and my curls just want to frizz, I’ll just curl my hair with a curling iron.
Your hair is gorgeous! I don’t have super curly hair, just wavy, but I know the feeling about having to find the right products. 🙂
I am not a product kinda gal but have been wanting to try something for some time. My hair is curly, sometimes. I’d almost describe it more as krimpy (or however you would spell the word that was fashionable in the 80s & 90s). But it’s always frizzy. Maybe I’ll have to give this a go and see. What do I have to lose?!
