Our third daughter, Arbor, is ten months old. I’m sharing her ten month old stats with 44 week old traits, likes and dislikes, and more!

Arbor’s Ten Month Old Stats
Weight – 21.9 lbs (as of 10/26)
Height – 2ft 5 inches (as of 9 months old)
Arbor is currently wearing 12+ month clothing depending on the brand. She wears size 3 diapers.
See how Arbor’s size compares to Ailey ten months old and Annabelle nine months old.
Teeth: Arbor has six teeth – and she likes to use them on my arm from time to time.
Sleep: She officially takes two solid naps a day from 8:30 – 10am and 1:00-3:00pm. She starts to get ready for bed at 6:00 pm with a bath, books, and a song. She is usually asleep around 6:45pm. When I went away last week she slept through the night for Brandon – and since has been really good about putting herself back to sleep if she wakes up. I truly believe our sleep training with A Restful Night helped set us up for this sleep success (AB and Ailey NEVER slept well before they turned two).

Arbor’s Favorites at 10 Months Old
Favorite Things: Dancing to music or watching music videos (while dancing), hitting toys together, anything that makes noise, blowing raspberries, clapping, climbing (she is trying to swing her leg over the side of the tub lately), taking baths and sticking a washcloth under the running water to then suck on. She enjoys trying to eat Muffin’s cat food, taking magnets off of the fridge, using her sippy cup, and shaking her head NO. Arbor could chase Muffin all day long if he let her (she especially likes looking at him under the bed).
Dislikes: She isn’t too fond of the sounds from the vacuum cleaner or the dust buster, but she tolerates them. She definitely has some serious stranger danger going on (even from family members). Arbor does not like when Brandon blows bubbles with his gum or being told, “No” by anyone.
First Words: Arbor is talking more and more every day. She is like a little parrot, often repeating what we say (or attempting to repeat what we say). She babbles so much it often sounds like she is trying to be a part of our conversations. Here is what Arbor can clearly say at ten months old: Hi, Dada, Mama, Annabelle, Ailey, Up, Hat, Out, Hot.

More Fun Firsts at 10 Months Old: Arbor learned how to play Peek-A-Boo with blankets (or anything she can hide behind) and it’s HILARIOUS! She claps when you say, “Yay” or dances. She also says “Out” when she wants to get out of her highchair instead of standing to remove herself now. We noticed she also knows that there is a stair going from the kitchen to the living room and she will pause instead of falling off the ledge. Arbor likes to point at the photos around the house and say who she sees OR wait for you to tell her who it is. She is so curious and into everything around her – she enjoys watching strangers intently.
