My sisters came to visit our place in MD this past weekend. They brought along their beaus, so B had someone to play with too. Coincidentally, it was their first time seeing our house and the last time they would see our house (since we are moving in ONE week!).
I hope they had a blast, because we sure did!

I want to give another shoutout to the bloggers that have been sending me personal emails about what I went through a week from today at the Boston Marathon Bombing. All of your support and advice warms my heart, and has been helping me cope with the horrific tragedy I witnessed. Friday night was very emotional and many of you were watching the news and chatting with me on Twitter. I was so happy when they caught him, but it does not take away what happened. Unfortunately I have heard that he may never speak (due to injuries) and this angers me because I want to know why he did it. I want to know how a young boy who is described as “angelic” could be a part of such a disgusting act.
Please join me and take a moment of silence today at 2:50 to remember those that lost their lives, were injured, and those that were there. Many people were effected by the bombing – people from all over the world – and we need to all show our love and support.

I love when family comes to visit! Looks like you guys had lots of fun. That chicken burger looks phenomenal. I may have to try to recreate that at home.
Also, the Today show is reporting that he has been communicating in writing, so there is some hope that we may get some answers that way.

No idea you lived in MD!! Guess I needed to do some more research. I live on the Eastern Shore but spend a lot of time in Baltimore for games, conferences, day trips, shopping, etc. I actually met someone from Fell’s Point on Thursday at Pickles Pub. This week I have the MSET conference at the Convention Center and my husband is coming for the O’s game that night. The guy told me to check out the bars in Fell’s Point. Any suggestions??
