If you ask my daughters to name one thing Mommy needs every morning they will proudly state: COFFEE. I’ve always enjoyed coffee in the morning, especially when I graduated college and entered the world of teaching. Then I had children and coffee became one of my best and loyal friends. There are a million reasons why Moms like coffee, but for me – there are four reasons why I need coffee. I can always Count on Every Cup with my favorite brand, New England Coffee.
Four Reasons Why Moms Need Coffee
1. The Wake-Me-Up-Cup
One of the most important cups of coffee a day is the wake-me-up-cup. Did you know light or medium roast coffee has the most caffeine? I opt for a light roast each morning because I know I need all the energy to do all the Mom things. On an average school day I play the role of chef, waitress, house maid, lunchmaker, and dresser. When my daughters and I are finally ready, I jump into the role of chauffeur – bringing me to my next must have cup of coffee.
2. Morning Drop Off Mug
Who doesn’t walk out of the house with a morning drop off mug? Want to know a secret? My to-go mug is usually filled with the remains of my wake-me-up-cup coffee. It’s not often I can finish my first cup while it’s still hot since my daughters require my full attention from the moment they open their cute little eyes. So I reheat what I have left, pour it in a to-go mug, and set out for the school drop off lines.
3. We Can Do ANYTHING Cup
Do you ever have one of those days where you just need a little BOOST to get some things done around the house? I like to make a We Can Do Anything cup of coffee to tackle projects like messy rooms and blog deadlines. You can usually find me with an uplifting cup such as this on the weekends after lunchtime – especially if it was a lazy morning and I need a little bit of positive encouragement.
4. A Cup for Pure Enjoyment
I don’t always drink coffee for caffeine purposes – sometimes my cup is for pure enjoyment. Every once in a while I make a cup of decaf coffee – or mix half decaf and half caf. There are countless combinations to be made with the various flavors by New England Coffee! Once I have a cup of coffee, I escape the world by falling into the words of a new book (or actions of a t.v. show).
Why Moms Need New England Coffee
I have been a loyal New England Coffee fan for years – especially when I lived in the South and couldn’t find it in stores. I would stock up every time I visited Connecticut or have my Mom ship me a box of my favorite flavors. Hazelnut Creme, Peppermint Bark, Blueberry Cobbler, and New England Breakfast Blend are at the top of my favorite flavors list. However, there are so many different flavors and blends for every palette.
If you’ve never heard of New England Coffee then you’re missing out. The brand was born in Boston over 100 years ago. While many things have changed over the decades (read their history here), New England Coffee’s commitment to quality has never faltered.
We all know you don’t have to be a Mom to enjoy (or need) a good cup of coffee. No matter who you are, or your reasons for brewing a cup, everyone deserves to try New England Coffee!
Thank you New England Coffee for sponsoring this post. All opinions are honest and my own.
