Looking for a delicious fall muffin recipe? Try my three ingredient Pumpkin Applesauce Muffins and you’ll want to make them everyday!
You can always find me baking during the fall and winter. There is something so cozy about sweet smelly baked goods coming from the oven. My favorite desserts are made with pumpkin and apple during these seasons – so this recipe combines both fruits.
These Pumpkin Applesauce Muffins are so moist and delicious. They’re a perfect fall treat and can be enjoyed over a few days. I like to bake two batches and wrap the delicious treats in cellophane to deliver to our neighbors. The rest of the muffins are stored in an air tight container.
This is an easy recipe for kids to make with an adult. My daughters love helping in the kitchen! My daughters love any type of small baked good, so I use a mini tin while baking. If you want to make mini muffins too, this mini muffin tin is great!
