My sister and her boyfriend became the first people (other than the Bears) to sleep and eat in our new apartment last night. L and R drove 4.5 hours from my hometown yesterday in R’s car which was loaded up all with our wedding shower presents (yes from Sept) and Christmas presents. In honor of their visit, I put together a pretty awesome dinner menu and picked up a few bottles of Menage a Trois wine – mmmmm.

Last night we stuffed our faces filled with Crab Dip, Skyped with our cousins in CT, played around with some crazy hats, watched Burn After Reading for the 50th time (Brad Pitt is just so hilarious), and had a great time just hanging around our apartment together. I woke up before everyone else to make some coffee and put the Breakfast Strata which I prepared last night in the oven. Now we are watching a movie and impatiently awaiting our meal to be done – it smells so good! After breakfast Miss L and I are going to get our workout on in the clubhouse gym.
Today we are going to head to a local pub to watch the Ravens v Patriots game – should be interesting considering I don’t like either team, but since I have to pick a favorite I am torn between being from New England and now living in Maryland. What to do…what to do… maybe I will just wear orange and scream, “GO UT!”
Mr. Bear and L … he loves my new sequin beret
