It’s official – Fall is finally here!!!! My second favorite season arrived at 10:59 (or something) last night. Today I hope to ring in the pumpkin smelling season with my FREE pumpkin coffee from RaceTrac and some finger painting with my first graders. Tonight I’m going to pull out the rest of my Fall decorations, light a Vanilla Pumpkin Candle (from B&BW – have you smelled it? Mmmmm), and maybe make some Pumpkin Spice Muffin Cakes.
I’ve always loved these adorable “Happy Fall Y’all” signs, but I think if I brought one home my husband would make me stick it in a room no one goes in. It’s a very southern sounding sign and we all know how southern I really am. Maybe the birthday fairy will accidentally order one off of Etsy tomorrow…
Oh yes, tomorrow is my birthday! The big 2-9…. my last birthday in my 20s and my first birthday as a Mommy. I am kind of excited to be celebrating at school with my first grade friends. I find that since college, my most memorable birthdays have always been the ones I spend around little kids. They get SO excited when its their teacher’s birthday! I don’t know what kind of goodies to bring in since I’m dairy-free though. I am thinking Pumpkin Spice Muffins again for some reason.
Here is some of the wonderful Fall decor that’s already graced my house. My MIL and B’s Aunt decorated when they visited a few weekends ago. They decorated while I was at work and I was beyond grateful when I came home to a pretty house!
My other MIL decided to have her Fall decoration match her house this year. She went on Pinterest and created these beauties. Coastal Fall is what she called it. I am in lovveeeeee, but they don’t match my house. Seriously, how awesome are these pumpkins:
Are you doing anything fun for Fall today?

Lovely! I always meant to ask you…where is your table from? I want to get a wood dining room table, but I also don’t want it to look too too formal.
