Every year I look forward to the day my little family ventures out to find the perfect Christmas tree. Since I was a little girl, I begged my parents to go to the Christmas Tree Farm as soon as Thanksgiving had passed. My mom, dad, sister, and I would trek through the snow and rows and rows of trees, looking for the perfect one to bring home.
There’s no snow in Georgia, so our trips to the Christmas Tree Farm is usually at the local nursery or the actual farm thirty minutes away in 60 degree weather. I remember my Dad stomping around with his hacksaw because we couldn’t find the right tree. It took me awhile to understand what the perfect tree looked like, but now that Brandon and I have been buying a tree of our own, I have our type down. Annabelle knows what she wants too.
Since Annabelle slept through our Christmas tree adventure last year, she decided to make up for it this year. Brandon and I spent more time chasing her through the rows of trees than we did looking the trees themselves. One of her escapes led us to the most magical tree I’ve ever laid eyes on. A 7 ft Noble Fir is what we brought home and it’s so beautiful it almost looks fake.

The reindeer print is so precious, but when you look at the dress from afar, the kissing reindeer make a Christmas tree shape! I’m not going to lie, I would love a skirt in this fabric. Annabelle’s dress is perfect for the holiday season – whether it be Christmas tree hunting, meeting Santa, or even Christmas Day! I know she will wear this throughout the winter though – it is just too cute to put away!
