If you have a special gal in your life who just happens to be a Mom, here are some great last minute gift ideas. Perhaps not every present is ideal for every Mother, but I surveyed some friends and know they would like these. As a Momma myself, I would be greatly obliged for anything below.
Note: This post is from 2018 but the gifts for Mom are still great ideas!
Last Minute Gift Ideas for a Mom
white, red, or bubbles.
Just sayin’… alcohol (if you drink) can take the edge off of a six diaper explosion kind of day. I prefer something bubbly or red in case you’re wondering. Local wineries, like Paradise Hills Vineyard, sell mini bottles of their best sellers. There are also wine delivery services and wine subscriptions – like Winc.
Love a drink but not something with alcohol? There are so many different non-alcoholic brands on the market! Ask your local liquor store if they carry any non-alcoholic bubbly or wine!
hand/feet treatments (plus babysitting).
A mani/pedi is an easy gift pretty much anyone would love. However, if you give a Mom a gift certificate to a nail salon AND offer to babysit, she will love you forever.
a massage.
It’s always nice if you offer your own massage services (I’m talking to the Dads), but there’s just something about a professional massage that every Mom needs.

comfy clothes.
All Moms need a comfortable outfit she can wear in public. Whether it’s a sweater or yoga pants, treat your Mom friend to something warm for the winter. If it’s too late to order online, there are many stores/malls offering curbside pick-up.
miscellaneous gift cards for Mom.
Home Goods, Target, Starbucks, Whole Foods, these are a few of my favorite things. With a gift card, you are putting the power into Mom’s hands and letting her choose to buy what she wants. Find out her most loved restaurants or shops, then surprise her with a trip there!
