Surprise 1 – I am going to Connecticut Thursday night – my momma secretly booked me a trip home Thursday to Sunday!!
Surprise 2 – I am not just going home for the heck of it… my MOH (aka sister L) is throwing me a SURPRISE Bachelorette Party!!!!
Surprise 3 – I have NO idea what I am in store for… and am so totally excited. My MOH and bridesmaids are keeping their lips sealed.
After all that has been going on around me over the past two weeks – and all of things that have been crowding my head (where are we going to live when our 6 month lease is up, when am I going to finally go back to school to get my masters, when am I going to get to fulfill my dream of becoming a teacher, what kind of shoes am I going to wear for the wedding….etc) – and the fact that Mr. H is going to Lovely Tonight’s fiance’s bachelor party in Chi-town this weekend – and I couldn’t go to Candice’s surprise bachelorette b/c of work- this surprise trip home couldn’t have come at a better time!! AND I talked with work and they are a-ok with me not being here Friday – considering I already had the plane ticket. =0)
