Friday is here and my stomach bug is… well still lingering. I can’t really eat without feeling nauseous afterwards so I’m living off of bananas and toast. I’d really like to enjoy food again, but I am happy to be out of bed and feeling more normal than I did at the start of the week. I hope to enjoy the warmer weather and maybe work on decorating the house for Spring a little bit more. Here are my Friday Favorites… what are you loving this week?
one. warm weather.
I wouldn’t necessarily say it was WARM yesterday, but it was definitely not freezing or snowing for once. It felt like Spring! What we did have on the ground for snow melted in most of the yard, except for the side of the house where there’s shade. Next week we may see the 50s and I know the birds will be singing their praises.
two. favorite things to do for free in Connecticut

three. Anthropologie at Nordstrom BEDDING.
I cannot wait to buy bedding for our non-existent master bedroom. Nordstrom is now carrying Anthropologie and their selections just scream SPRING. I’m in love with pretty much everything on their site. Where is your bedding from?
four. spring decor.
Spring is such a refreshing time of year and the decorations you can put in your home to reflect what’s happening outside is always so much fun. Since we aren’t in our own home, I’ve been helping my Mom brighten hers with fresh flowers, greenery, whites and greens. Check out my Spring Home Tour from last year and maybe I’ll just show you the decor we’ve picked out this year next week.

Hope you feel better soon! I had a bug while I was pregnant last time and it lingered for like a week. I ate so many crackers! Just baby yourself and eat whatever you can manage (even if it is Ritz crackers and Gatorade)!

Ug girl. Sorry you’re still sick! That’s the worst. I always have to start taking a probiotic after I’ve been sick. Helps regulate everything in my stomach again.
