Friday is finally here and these are my favorites this week. Enjoy!
one. a new phone.
I’ve been waiting for-ev-er to buy a new phone with a decent camera. For the amount of time I spend taking pictures of my family or for my blog, it would make sense I’d have an updated iPhone. However, it took me until my phone fell into the toilet on New Year’s Eve to do it. Now I have an iPhone 8 Plus and I feel as fancy as ever.
two. le Tote.
This week I was able to try out Le Tote – an amazing service where you can rent clothes and accessories to wear for as long as you like, return them, and then rent more for a fixed fee. If you love something in your Le Tote so much that you want to keep it, you can buy it! They take care of the washing/dry cleaning when you’re done wearing the items too! I’ll be posting next week what I received in my box and how I styled each piece, but if you want to try it out for 50% off, click here or enter HEARTLT at checkout.
three. About Me.
I went in to update my About page here… have you ever been to visit? I have a list of my favorite blog posts – ones that are relevant to who I am and what I’m about – that you can easily click and read in a new tab. If you’re new around here, it’s a great place to start.
four. Ladies Night Out in Middletown, CT.
If you live in Connecticut and want to hang out, mark February 21 on your calendar. Middlesex Dermatology is the place to be for free cocktails, informational chats about some awesome services (like Dysport and Filler), and a LIVE Dysport DEMO on moi.
five. BOOTIES ON SALE.
My most worn boots of 2017 are ON SALE friends. For the record, you’re never going to hear me say that I have a shoe shopping problem. I like to buy 2-3 nice pairs of shoes (aka over $100) a year and then I wear them until they’re dead. My Black Leather TOMS Leila booties are $99 (original: $139.95) right now with FREE shipping! These booties are so comfortable and I pair them with everything but sweatpants (and shorts).
Nadine says
I tried Le Tote when I was pregnant and I really enjoyed it. It made it easier to avoid buying tons of maternity clothes. Also, is the iPhone 8 Plus not a total game changer? I’m new to the plus (I’d always thought it was too big) but I wanted the portrait mode so bad that I went for it. If you don’t have a Pop Socket yet, definitely get one. They’re so key to not dropping your phone. Have a wonderful weekend!
