No one ever told me pregnancy would be a unique experience and everyone would have different baby bumps. I thought all pregnant women had the same symptoms and immediately looked like they swallowed a basketball. It was not until that first missed period and positive pregnancy test that I was welcomed into the Pregnant Mommy Club and started finding out all of these secrets.
I had a lot of incredible girls send me pictures of their bumps after writing this post. I can’t even tell you how many baby bumps are waiting in my inbox to be displayed – so I am going to do a few different posts showcasing the bumps. Then all the pregnant Mommas out there can see how each and every girls’ bump is unique!
Here we have some bumps from weeks 14-16. If you look carefully, every girl’s bump is different!

This is oh so true!! I was sooo dizzy at first and people were telling me that it wasn’t normal and started to freak me out. {PS it is normal}
I started showing really early, in my head anyways. I had always heard that first time mom’s take a long time to show, I had a real bump not just bloat by 12 weeks!!! I started to freak out that we were having twins!!
The thing to remember is we are all different and progress at our own rates and that is OK!!! I am trying to remind myself that as I am STILL waiting to feel Baby H move!!

I never really thought of how everyone’s bump was different, seeing the side by side pictures above is a real eye opener.

Hi Catalyn,
I’ve actually compared my bumps to my previous bumps. Each time I think I look bigger than the last time. My husband reminds me that that’s what I thought with the last pregnancy. Every Mama’s bump is different and it seems so is every bump with every pregnancy. Or maybe it’s in the eye of the beholder. Hmmm?? Great post.
Sincerely,
Karina

This is so cute! It really is so crazy how different everyone’s experience is! It’s kinda cool but also super annoying – just give me cold hard facts!

All bumps are cute! It is hard not to compare all the time, but you are right to point out, each body does things its own way for the common goal!

All perfect and so cute 🙂

This post is so fun and so true. What really blew my mind is how different my first bump was compared to my second bump. Hello, I am the same person (granted the bod was five years older) but still. I was floored by how different my body developed with the two pregnancies. It is so hard not to compare with others and with your own body, but KatiePerk is so right–all bumps are cute!

Thanks so much for adding my bump to your post 🙂 I could not agree more and love this…it has been amazing to me how different my body has taken to pregnancy compared to my sister and friends. Crazy!
