If I could have slapped blogger across the face yesterday I would have… stupid thing didn’t save half my post… so you had to wait a whole day for the rest of your questions to be answered!!! (and I had to retype all of my answers… which were pretty darn good).
LittleMissDreamer asked:
What was your most favorite part of your wedding day and if you could go back and change anything about the day or process, what would it be?
I don’t think I can pinpoint one part of my wedding day that was my favorite… I loved every single second of my wedding day, and every single second of my wedding weekend! The fact that all of my family and friends were with Mr. Bear and I in one place was something I will never ever forget. There were so many moments that I just looked around smiling and felt my heart expand with happiness and warmth – which is a feeling I’ll always hold on to.
**If I could change something… it would have been our jerkface DJ… not only did he send his assistant who didn’t move inside at 10:30pm like he was supposed to (resulting in an appearance by the police for a noise complaint), but he also overcharged us! NOTE: DO NOT USE CELEBRATIONS BY THE SEA in Destin, FL.
Miss Kriss asked:
(1) What would you say is your best asset?
Umm… my amazingly awesome cooking skills?
(2) What was your favorite date night with Mr. Bear?
I can’t choose just one… but our first official date was pretty memorable. We were freshman in college… drinking tequila and sprite in his dorm before we were going to go out to dinner… we were having so much fun that we didn’t realize it was almost 10 o’clock and that most restaurant kitchens close around that time. We hopped in the car (yes I know drinking and driving is bad but it happened 6 years ago) and headed to the one place that was open: Olive Garden. I think we laughed the whole way there and back… I ate Chicken Parm w/ mashed potatoes and he had the Tour de Italy. We played footsie under the table. When we got back to the dorm he showed me he had learned my favorite Goo Goo Dolls song, “Slide,” on the guitar. So romantical.
(3) What are your top three most prized possessions?
My hubsby, my moose MaryAnne, and 7 pieces of jewelry (2 Tiffany’s bracelets – one from my mom for my 22nd bday, one from my 5 best friends in HS; my engagement ring and wedding band; a gold Opal necklace that belonged to my Grandma Mary; 2 necklaces from Mr. Bear – a 3 diamond necklace for Christmas in 2004 and the pearl and diamond necklace he gave me on our wedding day).
(4) What is the one thing that you never leave home without?
The headphones for my iPhone… I have a really bad habit of always talking to my mom whenever I am in the car and being the responsible driver I am, I use my headset!
(5) And Finally…(and most importantly)…Who was your favorite character from the Babysitter’s Club?! 😉
DAWN duh!!!
Sarah asked:
1. What’s your favorite meal to EAT of all time?
Hmmm… well Chicken Parmesan & Mashed Potatoes is one of my favorite comfort foods (and something I have not made in a loooong time… I think I just decided what to cook this weekend!). I also LOVE Pizza (don’t make me pick one kind) with a leafy green salad covered in balsamic dressing and gorgonzola on top!
2. What’s your favorite thing to COOK?
I love to cook period. But hands down – pizza is my favorite!
3. Do you have any awesome lowfat recipes your willing to share??? MY wedding is 6 months away!!!
My cooking blog has lots of recipes on it – however not all of them are healthy. What kinds of foods do you like??
Here are some great recipes from Cooking Light that I would definitely make:
Oven Fried Chicken Parmesan
Chipolte Bean Burritos
Eggplant and Goat Cheese Sandwich
Melissa asked:
Who are you coming to visit in April?? 🙂
I am going to visit… MELISSA… the person who asked the question, haha. She is GF, remember her? Mr. Bear has to travel to California for business and I get to fly out there to stay with him in San Francisco for four glorious days =0) GF is also out there for business until May and we are planning a reunion! I haven’t seen my besty since Christmas and it is making my heart ache.
Have you seen Ace of Cakes in Baltimore yet??
Sorry GF… I don’t know where the heck the building is… but I PROMISE I am going to find it and take lots of the pictures of the outside, since I don’t think they let the general public waltz right in… especially Bears.
Well that’s it my friends… if you have any more questions for me, please feel free to ask away!
