I made a list of Summer Goals the day after school let out…I remember I was laying at the pool with Mr. Bear, feeling all motivated and amazing, thinking, “Wow, I have the whole summer ahead of me to do SO many things!! I am going to make a list of things that I must do to ensure that I have the very best summer possible.”
I looked at my list yesterday and noticed a few things. 1. I am not very ambitious. 2. I have not met many of my goals and my summer is over one month from Monday. 3. I left out a lot of things that I should have wanted to do (i.e. hang out with my sister, go to Cape Cod, go to Destin, etc).

I agree- that as long as you are HAPPY and enjoying your summer, that’s all that matters! I did have some goals, which included getting our house put together, which has yet to happen…

I did the same thing– made a bunch of summer goals and have completed like 3 of them! So you are not alone! I had a really hard school year last year, too so here’s to hoping this one is better!
Mrs. Bear says
That should be our overall goal – have a better school year!

New follower from GFC blog hop! I have managed to accomplish some of my goals this summer, but I’m a long ways away from completing all of them! I set them on a weekly basis, but I’m feeling pressed for time since nursing school starts in a few weeks. I procrastinated big time for a while, and I have just recently got my tail in gear :).
I hope you’ll join me at http://faithhopeabound.blogspot.com/!

Thank you so much!!! I love my header too – however I was just thinking of getting a blog makeover which would mean I would lose it :-/

Those are great goals – especially be happy! I don’t write mine down, but I feel like if I did I would be better at actually doing them! You really got me thinking about this – I’m going to make a list!
