The Only Curling Wand You’ll Ever Need

There are few things a Mom can do to make herself feel pretty quickly when she has leave the house and face the house. For some, it’s a little bit of makeup; for me it is curling my hair. I’m always on the lookout a curling wand that quickens the process of curling my hair and creates a long lasting curl. Let’s Talk About the Features

The Lustre Blush Curling Wand barrel is made with titanium, a metal that emits the strongest ionic output to produce frizz-free shiny curls. The barrel is also stain and corrosion resistant, which is important if you’re curling your hair around a sink. The cool tip is a safety feature I truly appreciate since I don’t like to use the heat protective glove. The handle is made of a soft rubber which makes it easy to grip and a power swivel cord that prevents tangling.

I love the immediate heating and cooling feature since I prefer to use highest temperature, 410 degrees, on most of my hair. High temps are the secret to creating long lasting curls. I only drop the temperature down to 350 degrees when I’m curling the tender pieces around my face. If you leave the wand unattended, an auto sleep mode will power down the wand after 60 minutes of non-use for added safety.

Let’s Talk About the Barrel Size

I’ve always used a curling wand with a graduated barrel – one that is fatter on one end and thinner on the other – but focus wrapping my hair around the thin side. This wand is 25MM ( 1 inch ) in width, which is my ideal size for creating relaxed curls or bombshell waves. My hair looks different based on how it is before I use the wand – air dried and I end up with curls, blow-dried straight and I’ll have waves. However my hair is before I use the wand, I always end up with the same result – long lasting, shiny and lustrous curls.

Let’s Talk About My Overall Opinion of the Curling Wand

In my lifetime, I’ve used a variety of brands of heat styling tools – some are expensive, others are cheap, some break after one use and others last for years. What I’ve learned is that I like a curling wand that has high heat capabilities, a tangle free cord, and a long life span.
