Meet Super B-Complex and Biotin – along with their good friend Yogi Blueberry. Vitamins and tea are my new bff. If I didn’t drink all of the Earl Gray, Tazo Awake, and Chamomile tea that I had I would have included those guys in the picture, too.
I attribute part of my great mood these days to vitamins and tea. I have also been doing Yoga every other morning at 5:30am, walking/running every other day at lunchtime, and workin on my squats, pushups, and ballet moves (I do lots of ballet to tone my legs). Combine all that with anti-snacking, healthy filling meals, and a little daily prayer, I am feelin GREAT.
I cannot tell a lie though – the vitamins are a HUGE help. They are all-natural crack pills that make me feel energized, alive, and alert. In just one week my skin is looking better and my nails have stopped cracking. I am still waiting for my hair to look a little more shiny, but I’ll give it some time. I felt like I was coming down with something on Monday, but thanks to the daily dose of vitamins (and a little Emergen-C) my body fought off the germies and I didn’t get sick!

What kinds of things (exercises, supplements, affirmations, etc) do you do to feel good every day?
I love yogi tea. I am taking prenatal vitamins, you know, just in case I get pregnant and they help. I think I need more B and C though.
Super B is the most fantastic thing ever. I agree they’re like crack. Well, I’ve never done crack. But it makes me go go go and I can do one million things and never get tired….you get the point.

Maybe I will take your advice… I am reading Eat, Pray, Love right now and there are a ton of things in there I MUST do. Not I just have to get to it right?

I am a daily tea drinker as well, and I try to do yoga at least once a week (I also take 2 vitamin shakes a day). I haven’t seen that blueberry yogi tea before, does it actually taste like blueberry – because I love blueberry tea! Also if I may ask what made you decide to take those particular supplments? I’m so confused by all the supplements they have out!
I love B vitamins also…you may even want to try the liquid one bc i hear that it absorbs better into your body. You place a few drops under your tongue for about a minute…it works really well…its by the same company you are using now. I love to exercise…i do martial arts and kickboxing…nothing makes me feel better than sweating it all out!
