Mr. Bear and I had a blast in Southern California this past weekend. We celebrated our two year anniversary, watched an incredible sunset on Pismo Beach, drove from San Luis Obispo to San Diego and enjoyed the sights, had a wonderful lunch in Santa Barbara, and then spent two days in San Diego with our college friends! It was such a quick trip – but I enjoyed and savored every moment. I had to keep pinching myself that I was in Cali – not just California Dreamin’ (sing it) – and reminding myself that I was a very lucky bear to be out there with my bff/love of my life/hubsby Mr. Bear.
We spent a few hours in Santa Barbara exploring. I had the best clam chowder at Brophy Bros!
Then we continued our drive to San Diego to meet up with our college friends. By the way… Robbie and Allison have been engaged for-ev-er and finally decided on a date! Here I am with the Future Mrs. Davis! – Rocky Top wedding in May 2013

The home of the Horny Devil… the only beer known to man that is guaranteed to cause a blackout… I do not recommend this beer… don’t do it or you’ll regret it!
Hope you had an amazing two year anniversary! I live in Santa Barbara County.. so you were in all of my favorite places!! Next time you are in SLO you should go to The Cliffs hotel on a Sunday, they have for $30 all you can eat buffet and endless mimosasa while sitting over the ocean.. amazing!! Hope you had fun 🙂
What a wonderful anniversary trip! You def picked the right places to visit. SB and SD are two of my favorite places. One day I will live there. Fingers crossed:)
