Goodbye Summer, Hello Fall with

Transitioning from summer to fall fashion is a slow process if it takes awhile for temperatures to cool down. In Connecticut we are used to adding and taking away layers all throughout September. I usually carry a sweater or cardigan whenever I leave the house in case it gets chilly.
One of the most easy early fall outfit starts with a maxi dress. Monelle Vermont sent over a button front long sleeve maxi dress and a tank maxi dress. I was able to style the dresses so many different ways for cool or warm weather.
Another item that’s perfect for transitioning from summer to fall is a pair of olive green utility pants. This pair by Socialite are so comfortable and easy to wear. They pair well with everything from stripes to solids on top and heels to sneakers on the bottom.

Oh my goodness, I absolutely adore this brand and I love to see that you do too! Aren’t they the best? I’ve never seen a single piece on their site I wouldn’t wear! Their customer service is so amazing too!
All these looks are so cute! I ordered a few pieces for fall/winter to dress my bump (January due date), but I’m already looking forward to fall 2021 and all the fun layers and styles, since autumn dressing is so fun!
Temps are definitely not cooling down as quickly as I would hope, but I think there’s a lot of transitional pieces we can find and make as things do cool off a bit. I’d never heard of Monelle before!
