Blessings of St. Patrick’s Day upon ye!
When I was growing up St. Patrick’s Day meant a little treat from my parents, a steaming pot of corned beef and cabbage, and a crazy party at my dad’s Aunt Connie and Uncle Pat’s house, featuring my 2nd cousin playing the bagpipes and LOTS of good Irish food. I wish I could step back in time and really enjoy those parties as an adult, hehe.
Or…I wish I was celebrating St. Patrick’s Day from here:
I almost wore that same sassy jumpsuit and hat to nanny today but I was afraid the kids would think I was a leprachaun and try to steal me gold.
Last year’s St. Patrick’s Day post featured another great photo of a sunny and fun St. Patty’s Day spent in Miami in 2008. And me complaining that I was stuck in an office.
Atleast this year I can enjoy the beautiful day during my break while the kiddies are at school!
– and maybe a green beer.
Last year on St. Patrick’s Day it marked 7 months til our wedding… this year it marks 5 months since our wedding! We will be celebrating five fabulous months of marriage tonight – along with my good man St. Patrick who helped spread Christianity during fifth century A.D.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!! Love the warm up suit. I am sporting a Memphis t-shirt with a green sweater over it. I so do not match, but I wasn’t about to get pinched!
Loving the tracksuit and hat! Happy happy St. Patty’s Day!
LOVE the hat and warm up suit. You looked adorable!
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!! woohoo 🙂
You’re so freaking cute I could squish you… and it’s a good thing you didn’t wear that to your nannying job because I have a feeling they would be doing that too!
How are you doing my friend?
Hope you have a great day!
Awesome tracksuit! Did you hear any bagpipes today?
