Caitlin Houston is 35 weeks pregnant and sharing my symptoms, weight gain, cravings and more. Here is my 35 week bump update.

How far along are you? 35 weeks
How I’m feeling: Excited, anxious, a little like my belly is going to pop like a balloon
Signs of labor: Oh hey Braxton Hicks contractions, how are you doing today? Lots of warm baths happening around here to help handle the pain.
Total weight gain: Gained 3 more lbs
Cool baby facts: Annabelle is officially head down! Her kidneys are fully developed and her liver is processing waste. The doctor estimates she is about 4.5lbs – which is small, but her momma’s belly is measuring 1cm behind, so everything is perfect.
How big is baby? Annabelle is the size of a honeydew melon.
Sleep: I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night very dehydrated. I don’t understand how this is possible when I drink SO much water during the day (and eat around 100 ice cubes).
Maternity Clothes: It’s all I wear on the bottom – on top I play around with what I have in my closet.
Best moment this week: My amazing friend Lisette from La La Lisette came to visit and we spent a day taking maternity pictures. We had a blast. She has become quite the photographer – and if she can, she might take photos on the day Annabelle is born!
Movement: Her movements mostly occur on the right side of my belly, so I’m starting to feel bruised. Plus, it seems like she enjoys knocking her little head into my pelvis, which is also painful and makes me have to pee 100x a day!
Food cravings: Fudge covered Christmas cookies from Target. Ice cubes. Food aversions: Nothing
What I miss: Honestly, I don’t miss anything this week! I am happy and pregnant and excited for everything that is to come!
What I’m looking forward to: Decorating our house for Christmas next weekend!!!!!!! Yes, it is the middle of November, but if Annabelle comes early, I want to come home to a winter wonderland.
Yay for head down!!! My little one was head down at 29 weeks!!! Loving the pictures. I can’t wait to decorate for Christmas!!! So exciting. So close!

aww so fun! My 3 month old just got her first ornament and I just got my first personalized family ornament and totally cant wait to start decorating for Christmas now!! Gotta get through Thanksgiving for me but I think its a great idea to decorate early so you can still enjoy it and wont have to worry about it those first couple weeks so you can just take care of the little miss and yourself!

I used to wear compression tights when I was on my feet for work 10 hours a day but now I think I might need them for all the air travel I do for work. I would love to try the Light Support Footless Tights

I’d definitely buy a pair of maternity tights (black or brown). I live in tights in the winter, so these will definitely help!
