How far along are you? 28 weeks – 7 months!!!! THIRD TRIMESTER!
How I’m feeling: Pretty good
Total weight gain: Two weeks ago it was 18lbs – I’ll know on Tuesday (my birthday – great gift huh?)
Cool baby facts: Annabelle is getting FAT! In her skin that is. That means she is starting to look less wrinkly. Also, her lungs are mature enough that if she was born she would probably be able to survive. She can blink her eyes and may be able to see light through my belly.
How big is baby? Size of an Egglplant – Putting on layers of fat, A now weighs in around 2.5 pounds and measures about 13.6 to 14.8 inches.
Sleep: Can’t fall asleep until after 11pm and I am waking myself up at 6:30-7 so I can go to my favorite workout classes.
Maternity Clothes: Bought a pair of skinny jeans, skinny maroon pants, olive leggings, and black leggings from Motherhood. Plus an adorable greyish maternity sweater!
Best moment this week: Seeing the look of shock and awe when B felt Annabelle karate kick his hand for the first time.
Movement: My little sideways baby is moving every 1-2 hours… and not just fluttering around. Little A is kicking and punching me hard! It also feels like she is trying to push her way out of my belly.
Food cravings: Decaf pumpkin coffee with spice latte creamer every morning! Cookies.
Food aversions: None.
Belly button in or out: It has popped out a little towards the top of it. I must say – my belly button is quite ugly.
What I miss: Pajamas that fit – I am wearing B’s basketball shorts and t-shirts to bed. Mind you – he is 6’3 (a whole foot taller than me) so his clothes are massive on me.
What I’m looking forward to: Painting the nursery this weekend and putting together A’s crib! Washing baby clothes in our new washer and dryer (that should come today) and filling up her closet!
Randoms: I am starting to look pretty rough in the mornings – bags under the eyes and whatnot. Pregnancy gas has been taken to another level and I am miserable and embarrassed. Heartburn and acid reflux are in full force.

hahaha. Makes me glad Im not the only one dealing with pregnancy gas. TOTALLY AM! I contanstly feel like there are rocks in my intestines and the only relief is to let it out. Adam doesnt get it. I told him its not really farting – to me – its just letting the gas out of my intestines because Hannah is pushing on them so much! 🙂 You are not alone…
Awwww…look at you!! You look so cute!! 🙂
Happy Friday!!

Oh yes… the gas is TERRIBLE. And I burp a lot too. If I am laying down and feel it coming, I have to sit up in bed and just belch loudly. Its awful.
Thank you!
Thanks! I am checking out the giveaway now!
I am hoping the nursery turns out okay – I am NOT a good decorator!

So exciting! Can’t wait to see the nursery! It’s always neat to hear how big a baby is compared to something!
