Sorry… I’m two days late on my 24 week bump update and have to blog from my phone, so no chalkboard pictures! We just moved into our new house and have no internet. We are so excited to finally be here, but the internet thing is not so great.
How far along are you? 24 weeks – 6 months!!!
How I’m feeling: If I stand for awhile my feets hurt. Belly feels like its stretching when I turn in bed. Tailbone is killing me!
Total weight gain: According to the scale at the gym – I am up 14lbs. I’ve been lifting weights and my clothes are fitting the same, so I am sure its muscle in my legs and arms! I won’t know until I go to the doctor how much I’ve actually gained.
Cool baby facts: Annabelle’s kicks get stronger every day! Her skin is starting to look more opaque and even a little pink.
How big is baby? Annabelle is the size of a cantaloupe.
Sleep:If I don’t exercise, I need a nap during the day. Haven’t been able to sleep from 3-4am lately.
Maternity Clothes: Just ordered another pair of leggings from Motherhood Maternity. I am on a hunt for another pair of jeans! Any recommendations?
Best moment this week: The woman I always stand next to at Sh’Bam saw my “Lovely Baby Bump” tank and said, “AH! I can finally say something without worrying I would offend you. You’re pregnant right?” I laughed and said, “Yes! You should’ve said something weeks ago because I want to know that I look it!” She and I chatted for awhile and she couldn’t believe I was 6 months. Yay for people noticing Annabelle in my belly!
Movement: Little Annabelle is definitely going to be a dancer like her Momma. She goes from standing and squishing my lady parts to sideways and kicking me on both sides of my belly.
Food cravings: pumpkin coffee and pumpkin sweets
Food aversions: Not really.
Belly button in or out: My bb is on its way out…
What I miss: Enjoying a glass of wine with my husband.
What I’m looking forward to: Baby shower in Connecticut on September 7th!
Randoms: A stuffy nose and sensitive gums, all symptoms I’ve read about and just acquired.

You look SO great!!
Can’t wait to hear all about the new house 🙂
How exciting to move into your new house!!!! I can’t wait to see pictures.
I can’t believe your 6 months!! 🙂 It’s flying by.
Yay for 6 months pregnant! 🙂 You look great! As for maternity jeans… I LOVED my GAP ones!
YAY! Such a cute bump! As for maternity jeans, I loved the Gap and MOtherhood Maternity… especially since I’m a shortie, they had petite pants!
Doesn’t it feel so awesome when a stranger asks you about baby?! Yay for new house!!!
A few thoughts on maternity jeans… I had several Gap pairs but none of them were amazing. I had a black pair from Motherhood that was ehh… I had a pair from H&M that I really loved. However, when I get pregnant again I plan to invest in one pair of amazing maternity jeans from Pea in the Pod. I tried a bunch on while I was in Vegas & could definitely tell the difference in quality. I really wish I’d just paid the money for one designer pair than running around trying a bunch of cheaper options!
Youre adorable 🙂 Love watching you grow!!! And I love her name, cheers to baby girl’s with A names 🙂
I have the sensitive gums too this time around. So bad that they have been bleeding if I just barely touch them (dont dare use a tooth pick!). Ive been using sensodyne toothpaste and bought Crest mouthwash for gingivitis, hoping it will help. Your belly is so cute!
I’ve started to crave pumpkin goodies as well. I’ve had a few iced pumpkin lattes this week. Decaf of course! I just bought a pair of Motherhood leggings and a pair of Target leggings. The Target legging are more like stockings but I like them for the chilly fall. I ot a pair of Old Navy Rockstar Skinny Jeans and I LOVE them. The ones I got from Target are comfy but too big. I feel like they stretch and by the end of the day they are falling down! Hope your feeling well.
Congrats on the pregnancy! I remember all these things when I was pregnant! :p
Wow, you are still so small for 6 months! I think it’s great you’ve been keeping up with lifting whilst pregnant, it’s inspiration for all us fitness ladies 🙂

I think I already told you this, but I liked the Jessica Simpson skinnies from MM. They’re a bit more expensive than the regular MM brand, but they fit me better (the crotch and butt don’t sag).
Good for you for working out! (I need to start!!) Congrats on the house as well!
Then, a gradual addition of starch can be added in small quantities.
But If you are trying-to-conceive , every time you miss your period, your
hopes that you are now finally pregnant go up. Some have seen an immediate weight loss, calling this a “miracle” diet.
