In lieu of the weddings and vacations I will be going on next month, I have put myself on a pretty strict diet. No breads, no processed foods, no carbs after 10am, no alcohol – no nuttin.
I actually haven’t been eating carbs after 10am for over a month now and let me tell you – I don’t see any results and I am having some serious cravings….for BREAD. Warm, chewy, crusty bread.
Dip you in some olive oil… top you with some tapenade.

Maybe I don’t see results because I see myself every day. My husband says he can’t be the judge either… so I shall have to wait and see the pictures. If this isn’t working though – I am NEVER giving up bread again.

You are a brave, brave woman. I think I would start getting a little crazy if I cut bread out of my diet. yikes girl!
