What some of you don’t know is that Mrs. Bear was born without the “fashionista” gene.
I seriously lack the ability to accessorize.
With that being said, I know many of you out there were born with this gene, so I need your help.
How do I make this dress exciting?
I’m open to suggestions on shoes…. jewelry… and hair. Please help me out!
ALSO… mucho importante… I will be going away from April 15-23 and I need some GUEST BLOGGERS. Please oh please let me know if you can help a sista out. =0)
Mrs. Newlywed Giggles says
One way you can go is with gold shoes, gold necklace, and big gold earrings. 🙂
A cute side bun for the hair…. a pair of chandelier earrings… and maybe a chunky necklace and bracelet?
Add a long necklace and some bangles
I would love to help but I am horrible at these type of things! Good Luck and have fun on your vacation!!!
Hmmm, I’m thinking some gold sandals, either flats or wedge just with gold straps, a long gold necklace with some cutsie stuff on the end, and some gold bangles! Small earrings to not overdue it! Hope this helps!

Hm… I say a high slightly messy ponytail, and some awesome chandelier style coral earrings.. that color would set coral off really gorgeously!!
I wish I could help with the styling- but I too lack that gene. Im so simple and just throw things on! I do think the navy would look amazing with either coral or turqoise though! and you def want wedges with the dress. Target had some cute ones awhile back! Not sure if they are still there…
If you would like for me to Guest blog- I will be happy to. (i might need help on a topic!) Just shoot me an email. [email protected]
I like hoe the model is wearing it. Some chunky bangles work well. You could also do a long necklace if you wanted. Maybe some strappy sandals. but I like the loose curls the model has. I think it goes well with the dress/style. Can’t wait to see pics of how you decide to “wear” it.
Tip #1: Follow this blog http://www.glamorousnewlywed.com/
Nevermind her recent maternity series, check out the rest of her posts and her Polyvore site. So amazing.
Oh, and let me know if you want me to guest blog, I am more than willing 🙂
Cute dress! Okay…I’m thinking long necklace–long enough to cross over the top, front part of the dress–hair curly/wavy with front pulled back with pins, and wedgies for shoes;)! You’ll look great whatever you wear! Cannot wait to see pictures!
Oh I like that dress! I think all you need are good earings and you are set! And I’m happy to guest blog if you are still looking for people!
Chunky necklace or long thin silver (or gold) necklace. Long free naturally wavy hair and platforms.
Hi. Just found you. 🙂 LOVE that dress.
Apparently all these people got inside my brain and wrote everything down first. Haha.
Necklace: Gold – either long (just below bust) or short and chunky. Or try a something in yellows or corals (but not mixed – eek! Lol.)
Earrings: whatever goes with above, but if you do a bold necklace, do simple earrings. I happen to love big earrings. If you do, then either forgo the necklace or keep it simple.
Shoes: nothing heavy. A dainty wedge or maybe something with a little heel and ruffle (like we’re seeing everywhere), perhaps in gold.
Don’t forget great sunglasses and a cute clutch!
Honestly, this dress is fabulous no matter what. Kind of hard to mess up. 🙂
Sophisticated Steps
I would do this big necklace or a similar style. It adds bling and people love it!
