Today sucks. I am starting it off bright and early at the DMV trying to get my license again… if you don’t recall, I spent almost FIVE hours driving all over Maryland two weekends ago trying to get it.
If I don’t come home with a MD license today… I am never getting one at all!
Then I am coming home to slave away on my teaching certificate portfolio…. an obscene amount of reflection papers must be written before I go skipping off on spring break in 2 weeks and I am forcing myself to do them today.
(I might take a break for Zumba around 1…. but after that its back to the grind. )
Bonus: It’s supposed to be super cold here, so it isn’t like I am missing out on nice weather.
However, the NCAA Tourney is on and that is always fun to watch, especially when your hubsby is watching it with a bunch of people in his man cave and you want to be one of the guys.
Even if its with a laptop in front of me and surrounded by books, I will watch the UConn vs Arizona game at 7…and be rooting for my Huskies!
Oh well… sometimes you have to be a grow-up and do grown-up things like sitting for hours at the DMV and working all day on a Saturday.
Good luck getting your license! You are right, being an adult DOES suck!!
