Last night Mr. H and I decided we wanted to look for our rehearsal dinner outfits asap… summer is ending and we need to find something that is beach-worthy before all the fall clothes take over the stores! I can’t decide if I want to wear a white dress, something red or green, or something completely not in our color scheme. Here are a few dresses I’ve found online:

I wore a navy blue maxi dress with a large floral print and a small ruffle around the top of the scoop neck, it was spaghetti strapped and had a wide navy belt under the bust. My husband wore khakis, a polo, and flip flops. We were, in all honesty, exhausted and excited and the outfit paled in comparison to the excitement of seeing our wedding party and eating and drinking with them!
I got my dress at Marshalls and the husband’s polo was a few seasons old from Express!
I go back and forth on this all of the time. Part of me wants to wear a white dress because really isn’t your wedding the one time you can wear white (regardless of the time of year) and no one can question you? But then part of me just wants to pick a pretty dress that I can wear whenever when the wedding is over! Let us know what you decide!

I got a short white dress to wear from Ann Taylor Loft. Granted I will be in Hawaii for my rehearsal but I love the idea of white for the dinner. You are only a bride once so live up the white!!

im wearing a white cotton antonio melani dress from dillards and i have NO idea what matt will wear. i dont think we plan on matching. but i DO want to wear fun red shoes bc my wedding shoes are red and its one of my favorite details – so i thought the rehearsal dinner would be a great time to preview some fabulous red shoes with a white dress!

I’m wearing a watermelon dress from David’s Bridal (Same color the girls will be in the next day) and the girls are all wearing black & white. Groom-to-be is wearing a white linen shirt and khaki shorts.

i got lucky on this front. several months ago i found a dress at the limited that i insisted on buying despite not having a single place to wear it to and now that i know where our rehearsal dinner is, it’s perfect! and i don’t even care if we totally clash– i’m just excited to finally get to wear my pretty pink dress:)
I wore a black dress with lighter black polka dots from White House Black Market with coral shoes and a coral clutch. It was super cute, and I kind of matched with DH. He wore khakis and a coral shirt. It was cute! 🙂
For some reason this is a detail that escaped me during planning so I wore a black one-strapped dress from Arden B and I can’t even remember what Mr. Pro wore. But then again we did not have a traditional rehearsal dinner because we did not have a wedding party and it was a destination wedding. It was really just a family dinner. I LOVE the second dress though if you go for the white dress look!
