After I picked Mr. Bear up on Friday afternoon, I cuddled up next to him and wouldn’t let him out of my sight. That is….I stayed there next to him until Sunday afternoon when he went off to watch football and I met a girlfriend for a lil afternoon of wine and shopping.
I hate when Mr. Bear goes to California for business. I really really hate it. He is so far away and always gone for atleast 5 days.
It really takes a toll on me… I can’t sleep, I don’t shower, I eat garbage, and I spend money I don’t have on fattening bagels and cream cheese, instead of making my own breakfast. I also leave all the lights on all night/day and lock myself in my bedroom from 6pm-6am. I don’t even like to leave the room to go to the bathroom because I am too scared.
Don’t get me wrong, I am not one of those girls who can’t be away from her guy and smothers him with love (like the girl in the photo above).
Mr. Bear and I spend plenty of time apart – we do our own things on weeknights and almost every Sunday. However, when he is gone for a week – that’s just too much. I don’t have a pet to keep me company – nor do I have girlfriends (or the stamina) to go out on weeknights when I teach 22 tazmanian devils all day.
Aww thats no good:( I can relate! My hubby is in the military so we have had some long separations no deployments yet but eventually and I don’t have a pet either! I am the same about sleeping and not wanting to cook but I try to use the time while hes not here to be productive on other things like cleaning, organizing, reading, catching up things and the great thing about skype is you can always call your mom or sister and chat with them, thats what I do lol And the wonderful world of blogging is always here 24/7 🙂
Got only 3 hours of sleep last night just for this reason =[ i tend o keep the tv on when hes not there which makes no sense bc im a no light no sound sleeper! See im all lost without him!
