i LOVED reading your entry over at the hungry Southerner. I give you mad props for putting that much time into breakfast. I would only maybe try to pull that off at dinner time. =)
And btw.. raw tuna more than freaks me out! Tyler loves it, and the original recipe called for it 100% raw, and I was gonna give it a shot. As it came time to add the tuna, I was looking at the steak, and I just couldnt do it. Just looking at it was making me sick. So I pan seared it… one steak got a lil bit more seared…(hehe that was mine!)
