Today I’m sharing a little peek at my life lately, including a Stock the Bar shower, boat rides on Lake Lanier, and family time.
Stock the Bar
Last weekend I was so lucky to attend my beautiful friend Corinne’s Stock the Bar wedding shower. She and her high school sweetheart are getting married this November! I taught with all of the lovely ladies for a few years before Ailey was born and I miss them oh-so-much.
Boat Ride!
On Sunday we went out onto Lake Lanier with my inlaws for the girls’ first boat ride. Annabelle cracked us up as she yelled, “Boat Ride!” every time I went to take her photo. It was the most beautiful day even though it was a bit on the chilly side. Ailey loved the wind in her face and was full of smiles.
Best Buddy Time
I absolutely love seeing my best friend Kim and my children together. They are just too funny – and every time the oldest girls bicker it makes me laugh because they act more like sisters than friends.
Oh and when toddlers ask to take your photo…. so funny!
Hopefully that boat ride tired the girls out and they gave you a good night’s sleep. 😉 Yay for best friends with kids the same age as yours!
