Why did I watch American Idol last night?
Why, oh why, did I watch AI?
I seriously HATE this show… but, when I got back from the gym, I didn’t even get in the shower, I put it on, and couldn’t change the channel until it was all over.
Perhaps it was because Jenny from the Block is the definition of hotness and I like to stare at her (in a non-sexual way of course).
Maybe it was because Steven Tyler is the most interesting character I’ve ever seen on the show and I wanted to see what he said about every contestant.
Could it be that I like to cry when I see 16 year old Southern belles’ dreams come true?
Or…. there was nothing else on tv??
I don’t know… Whatever the reason, I can’t do this again.
It’s bad for my image & makes me look like a hypocrite!
I cannot stand to watch this show! Ha! I don’t know why. I used to watch it, back in the Clay Aiken, Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood days. But, I just can’t make myself watch it now. We’ll blame you watching it because you were too tired from the gym to channel surf. Ha!

I do not watch that show…it’s an addiction. Turn the tv off.
