Hot Caprese Dip is an easy to make delicious appetizer with only four necessary ingredients: cheese, tomatoes, basil and cooking spray.
Being a Mom is hard enough, but when you have to cook for a crowd, wrangle a two-nager, AND clean your house in one Saturday, you’re always looking for short cut recipes. Thanks to Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes, I can make one of my favorite appetizers quickly to hold my guests over while the rest of the dinner bakes away. My Hot Caprese Dip is always a hit when friends come to visit.
Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes are the star of my holiday dish. Why waste time you don’t have seeding and dicing a real tomato when you can use 100% diced tomatoes that have real flash steam freshness AND added goodies like sweet onion or roasted garlic?
You can find Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes and other Hunt’s tomato products at Walmart in the Pasta aisle.

So, I despise tomatoes but everyone else seems to love them. I need to remember this for my next party – seems like a total crowd pleaser. 🙂
I am making this tonight for a football party. After the first 30 minutes it’s really wet. I hope it sets up
