I have another formal observation during my practice teaching today. I am a bit nervous, but definitely more confident than I was before my first observation. This morning I whipped up this egg, muenster, roasted red pepper, and pesto sandwich on ciabatta for good luck!!!
It’s so humid here and my hair is a big frizzy mess. Anyone have any advice on what to do for my frizzy dry Frou frou hair??

Talk about a power breakfast!!! You go girl! I KNOW you are going to do awesome! Just stay confident and pretend they are little kids…that always works for me! I can’t wait to hear all about it!
p.s. I just did a Keratin treatment…it is the best thing out there for frizz!

I hope your observation goes well today! I use Morrocan Oil for my hair in the humidity, it’s fantastic!

i recently discovered this curly hair product by aveda that’s pretty helpful: http://justafewofemilysfavoritethings.blogspot.com/2010/07/love-my-new-haircut.html
the humidity may be different in baltimore, but i also really like bumble and bumble hairspray. i just buy the travel size and use it sparingly so it isn’t so expensive!

your recipes look so yummy and im learning how to cook – so i love seeing your creations! gives me inspiration 🙂 for my hair i use straightening balm to squnch (sp? haha) it up – flipped over…instead of curly stuff that just makes it more frizzy!!
