How is everyone doing on this fine Wednesday? I feel like this guy…trapped in the snow, but without the drink, parka, or boots to keep me warm…
I am barely surviving my ‘first year teacher training’ … Not because it is rigorous or anything, but because I have been on the verge of hypothermia every day from 8:30-4:30. My classes are being taught in an environment which I imagine resembles that of the Arctic Circle.
We are in the coldest room in the building – bundled up in hats, scarves, gloves, blankets, tights, socks…one girl even has those 10 hour hand packs that you can put in your gloves in the winter.
It is not fun.
Good news: Cape Cod pictures to come tomorrow!
Better news: Next Tuesday I get to see my classroom. FINALLY. I am so so so excited. *Happy dance goes here*
