September, the first of the best four months of the year, is here! A lot is changing in our lives, so I find it hard to pick one highlight of the week. From going back to school to fall fashion to a tv segment, here are a few of my Friday Favorites.
Kicking Off The School Year
Annabelle and Ailey are both officially in school for the first time EVER. What better way to kick off the school year than for everyone to be able to go to school? The sisters seem truly happy to go to their own schools every day and we hope it lasts. They miss each other dearly when they are apart!
The first day both girls went to school was definitely the highlight of the week. Ailey doesn’t go to school on Fridays, so we will see how she does today at home. Every time something changes in our lives, I try to make a point to remember the moments. You better believe I’m working on a post about the new chapter in our family life.

My Most Worn Shirt Styled FOUR Ways for Fall
There is nothing like finding an item of clothing you find yourself wearing over and over again. One of my Friday Favorites is my most worn shirt over the last few months. I wear the Brynn Shirt, by Thom Kelly, all the time because it’s so versatile and super comfortable. Along with two fellow CT bloggers, Claire Wiley and Helen Phillips, and founder of Thom Kelly, Megan Harrell, I am sharing how I styled the Brynn Shirt for fall.
Thom Kelly is a sustainable brand committed to creating better fitted clothing made in the U.S.. We are giving away one Brynn Shirt over on Instagram today! Head over to my page to check it out. I’m sure you will read this brand makes my favorite highlights of the week again this year.
Another Highlight of the Week: CT Style
Spending time with my family is extremely important to me, but some days I’m chained to my desk. Therefore, I try to meal prep on the weekend so I have more time with my favorites during the week. Want more details? Check out my latest segment on WTNH CT Style below.
