Today I’m sharing some of my fall favorites – from fall style to our annual fall celebration, plus one an adorable boho baby nursery. Enjoy my Friday Favorites!
one. my go-to outfit this week.
One of my fall fashion favorites is shown above. It’s totally not weird that I have two pairs of Wicked Good Slippers, right? One is strictly for inside the house and the other I can wear outside, plus I may or may not have a third pair in storage… I love LL.Bean slippers. My MIL bought me this Buffalo Check Shirt-Jacket ; it’s literally amazing and perfect for fall/winter. I can throw it on with jeans, or even leggings. Snag it now because its 50% off today!
two. boho baby girl nursery.
I can’t brag enough about my niece Sloane’s nursery. My sister did an incredible job creating such a beautiful space for her new baby girl. It’s a mixture of boho, farmhouse, and floral, with a lot of homemade decor. See more photos and details of her nursery.
three. this sweater.
Last Sunday I took a ton of photos with my girl Elizabeth Grant Photography for some upcoming fall fashion posts. I’m really hoping to bring one outfit to the blog a week. I had a few hours to kill before we met and ran to Target for a cardigan and found THIS for $30. I’m so obsessed with this sweater because it’s long, comfortable, and inexpensive. I had my eye on the Free People Saturday Sweater that everyone seems to own, but I’m happy I didn’t spend the money now!
four. weekend sales.
You know I’m all about a good sale… and J.Crew (30% off sitewide) and J.Crew Factory (50% off sitewide) are not disappointing anyone this weekend. Anthropologie is an extra 40% off sale items, Old Navy is an extra 30% off everything online and H&M has up to 60% off. Oh, and don’t miss out on snagging a pair of my favorite slippers for 20% off!!!!!
five. fall fun.
Not actually my town but… pretty similar setting
I am super excited about our plans this weekend. Not only are we attending my hometown’s annual Celebrate Festival, but we are also hitting up a pumpkin patch with all the kiddies (my niece and cousins) too. There will be lots of delicious food (including Pumpkin Truffles from Alyssa’s Cakery), fall themed drinks, and fun for the little ones. Are you doing anything fall themed this weekend?
give me everything plaid! love this girl 🙂
I just bought the hooded long sweatshirt from Target that you were wearing last week. Now I have to go buy that long sweater!! You area bad influence on my Target shopping because you know, I can’t go in there and just buy the sweater. Walk out with $100 worth of stuff. LOL
Love your nieces nursery. My baby girl is turning 1 next week. She is my third child so I still have her brother’s bright colored curtains hanging in the nursery. I seriously need to buy new ones. hehehe.
Hi! I’m a new follower, I don’t know how I stumbled across your blog but I love it. I currently have a 23 month old little girl and another little girl due in December. I love reading blogs of girl moms! I just wanted to mention how much I appreciate that your clothing is not all super expensive/overpriced stuff like I see on so many other blogs. It’s always nice to see a blogger wear an outfit that is actually affordable. I love that you keep it real that way!
I love your OOTD – and I totally have 3 pairs of slippers too – one I wear outside and one that isn’t allowed outside! Too funny! Your niece’s nursery looks beautiful! Have fun this weekend 🙂
Sloane’s nursery is one of the cutest I’ve ever seen!! And that sweater really is a steal and looks so cozy – perfect for fall & winter.
That sweater looks so comfy cozy! I love it! Great post!

I love that your town has festivals – I mean, Dallas does… but it’s so big. I like the cute, quaint, not-so-overwhelming festivals… and that fall picture is GORGEOUS… so… if your town looks anything like that? LOVE! 🙂
