I have never been very good at decorating. I don’t have an eye for great decor when I am out shopping, nor do I have a talent for putting household objects together to create something fancy… And that’s a talent. People can actually do that – I’ve seen it all over Instagram.
However, as I get older I think my decorating skills improve. Just like wine… I get better with age.
Note: Almost ALL of my Fall decor is from Kirklands!

I like to decorate, but I also like to keep it simple. The ensemble on the mantle is really nice!
It all looks fabulous! And you DID you household objects to create something fancy….the wine corks in with the flowers! Love it!
