I can’t believe it’s over… I am officially a teacher! I made it through the most rigorous 5.5 weeks ever with only one little teensy weensy emotional episode (that doesn’t need to be discussed).
I couldn’t have done it without Mr. Bear, my momma, and the love and support of 170+ other teachers.
Oh and… a ginormously huge biggest THANK YOU ever to these three ladies … without you I don’t think I could have survived. You are going to be such amazing teachers and I <3 you!!!!!
Mr. Bear likes my new friends too. Wecrashed went to an Art Exhibit last weekend.
Mr. Bear likes my new friends too. We
They served “white chocolate cheesecake with pineapples marinated in tequila pops,” crab stuffed watermelon cubes, and portobello sliders on ciabatta. OMG the food was amazing!
SO NOW THAT I AM DONE…
I have the next two days to clean my poor apartment, exercise, groom myself (mani/pedi), and pack for my Family’s Vacation to CAPE COD!!!!
(I haven’t been since Mr. Bear proposed in August 2008 and I can’t wait to get there.)
We are leaving for CT Saturday morning – where I am going to get my hair done and visit with some family – and then the caravan leaves for Cape Cod 4:30am Sunday morning!
Since I will be gone for a week… does anyone want to guest blog here?!
If so, send me an email: [email protected] asap!!!

I’m so jealous. I realllllly want to go to Cape Cod! The fiance’ lived there for a whole summer when he played in the league and he said it was amazing. They ate crab and lobster all the time! Have some for me! 🙂
…hmm… maybe his host parents would let me come by myself while he’s in season next year?…thinking out loud…and i’m out.

From one teacher to another – MANY CONGRATS! I know how hard it is, but it will be the most rewarding job you can ever have.
Have a wonderful time in the Cape. Enjoy, relax, and rest because you will need it and you deserve it!
