September has always been one of my two favorite months of the year for so many reasons. Today I’m sharing why I love September.
With September comes the start of school (which I miss oh so dearly), college football, cool temps (not so much in Hotlanta but def while growing up in CT), leaves changing colors, and MY BIRTHDAY! This year I am actually turning 24 on the 24th. I have heard it’s supposed to be my champagne birthday but who knows.
During any normal year I would have had my birthday wish list created by now (and even a start on my Christmas list), but this year I have been super busy with wedding planning so thoughts about cake/parties/presents have slipped my mind…up until right NOW!!
Here is my September Birthday Wish List
I have three Le Pliage Hangbags in funky colors (yellow, eggplant, and red) and they all have short handles. I am dying for a black tote with long handles!! And maybe my new initials monogrammed on the bag …=0)
I love my Vera Brady Large Duffel in Cupcake Green, but sometimes its not enough for Mr. H and my belongings on a long weekend. We just received luggage for our honeymoon but sometimes one needs something smaller and I think the Vera Bradley Weekender and plastic travel tote would be lovelyyyy.
I am desperate for a facial! I have only had one in my life and that was right after I graduated college. It was so relaxing and exactly what I needed after studying for 2 weeks straight! With the wedding so close I think that a facial would be a perfect way to relax.
Running sneakers
Mine are way over their 500 mile limit. I went running on Friday and for two days my knees and thighs hurt.
Tory Burch Reva Ballet Flats… herro girls…any one of you would look pretty sticking out of my new Gap jeans.
I really need a dish to hold my jewelry in at night… and how cute is this Love Birds dish from Esty seller wiseimpressions?? For only $8 I might have to just buy it for myself and Mr. H. He will need a ring dish fairly soon as well….=0)
LOVE the bag! I’ll post some fall in CT pictures this fall, maybe it’ll ease the homesickness? Hopefully my mom can send some apple cider donuts from our local orchard!

I have the pink and green cupcake series, and would love the plastic tote. That weekender back is fantastic!
I was just in Gap the other day and wanted to try on the new boot cut jeans, BUT they didn’t have my size AND there was a horrendous line for the fitting rooms. No dice 🙁
