My has the weekend flown by- Friday night we stayed in watching movies, Saturday we started packing our clothes, went Christmas shopping, and attended Mr. Bear’s Holiday party at Gordon Biersch. They served crabcake balls (mmm) a pizza that had artichokes, mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, and cheese that I plan on recreating someday. It was fun to hang out with Mr. Bear’s coworker’s girlfriends, but I was sad to have to say goodbye to the girls as we won’t see them again before our big move.
I can’t believe that two weeks from today we will be in our new apartment. I also can’t believe our new town was covered in around 14 inches of snow as of this morning! Why couldn’t the snow have waited two weeks until we were there to play in it??
We picked up the Christmas cards yesterday we are going to hand out to our family and friends this week. Tomorrow we fly to Ohio, then Wed we fly to CT, then Monday we fly back to Atlanta for a day – Tuesday we head to TN early morning, then Wednesday we head to Mr. Bear’s dad’s place in GA for family pictures, then BACK to Atlanta for packing and New Year’s Eve celebrations…woooweeee it’s gonna be a crazy two weeks.
